“MGL Commercial Vehicle Hybrid Power Battery System”
MGL has been deeply involved in the field of power batteries for more than two decades. It was the first in China to launch high-power batteries for hybrid vehicles and achieve the export of high-power lithium batteries. In 2012, it achieved a technological breakthrough in 50C peak charging/discharging power, reaching an internationally leading level. With the support of the National 13th Five-Year Plan for Key Research and Development, it has developed lithium-ion batteries with a lifespan close to 10,000 cycles, balancing both energy and power, and has won the "First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Beijing". In recent years, it has continuously committed to the development of all-weather battery systems with long lifespan, high reliability, and wide temperature range, and its battery technology has won the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in China's Automobile Industry in 2022.
MGL's high-power battery system for commercial vehicles boasts core advantages such as long lifespan, high reliability, and wide temperature range, making it better able to meet the requirements of high reliability, wide application scenarios, and strong instantaneous power for hybrid commercial vehicles. Hybrid buses equipped with MGL's high-power batteries have undergone 10 years of real-world operation verification, with a single set operating mileage exceeding 1 million kilometers. MGL's newly developed second-generation hybrid high-power battery system has doubled the power performance compared to the first-generation product, and its system heating rate is three times faster, reaching 2℃/min. The cooling efficiency has also been improved by more than four times. The second-generation system effectively addresses issues such as increased battery temperature, cold start, and low-temperature operation in high/low-temperature environments, further expanding the temperature range of the product's usage. It is poised to provide the industry with even better product solutions and looks forward to customer testing.
For many years, Risesun MGL has been deeply involved in the field of new energy commercial vehicles. It is the only high-power battery system matched with multiple mainstream commercial vehicle companies for hybrid power and hydrogen fuel vehicles.
